CROS and BiCROS Hearing Aids

Just as every person is different, so is every hearing loss. For those who have single-sided deafness (hearing loss in one ear), you will need a unique solution to help you hear your surroundings. If you have hearing loss in one ear but have normal hearing in the other ear, then a CROS hearing aid could help you. With a CROS solution a microphone picks up sounds and voices from your weaker hearing ear and transmits them to a hearing aid receiver in your “good” ear. This allows you to hear from all around you.

BiCROS hearing aids are designed for those who have little to no hearing in one ear or extremely poor understanding and a mild loss in their other ear. This solution also uses a microphone to pick up sounds and sends them to a receiver in your better hearing ear.

No matter what kind of hearing loss you have, we have a solution that can help you.
